Troubleshooting Guide

When trying to discover what might be causing your updates not to show or errors to appear, there are a couple of things you want to check as a basic part of maintenance and troubleshooting:

Is your browser up-to-date? Is it a cache problem?

We provide a browser tool in your Dashboard Help section for you to check.

Log in to your Dashboard and Click the Help tool.

Next click on the Verify Browser button at the bottom.

You will be taken to the Qualys Browser Check where you will be able to Install the Browser Check Plugin or Scan without installing. Run the scan to verify that your browser is up to date.

You will either see your browser verified as Up to Date or be asked to Fix it.

To clear your cache you can hold down the Shift button while refreshing your page:

Next we will want to clear your cookie history.

Right-Click on the padlock next to the URL in your browser

Click on "Cookies"

Find the website that is loading slowly and select it from the list, then click "Remove"
