Notify: Creating a Caller ID

In this article, we will show you how to set up a friendly Caller ID for Notify Voice calls. When voice calls are added to your website you are assigned a phone number. If you want to verify a different caller ID that will display when you call out instead of the number assigned, you will need to edit the Notify Settings. 

Go to Settings --> Site Settings --> Scroll to the bottom of this page until you see Notify Settings.  Click Notify to expand your options.

Scroll towards bottom of Notify settings until you see "Notify Voice Caller ID Numbers". Enter the Phone number and User-Friendly Name you would like to use as the Caller ID, a 2nd phone number box will appear below to confirm the number, after entering the number again into 2nd field, click submit and the number will be added to your Caller ID numbers. 

 

To set a new default Caller ID check the box next to the phone number you want to have as the default. Then scroll down and click 'Update Notify Settings' to save your changes.
