Notify Basic Dashboard - Creating a List
Notify is your mass notification system. You will use this system to send emails, texts, and phone calls to different blocks of subscribers.
As a teacher or school administrator, you will have access to the Notify Basic Dashboard, also referred to as manual notes.
A user will only be able to see the list they have user rights to, but they will have the option to create new lists as well.
Creating a new list.
Log in to the website and click the messaging tab seen on the left-hand side. On the next menu select Notify Basic Dashboard, click the "Create" button and choose "New Notify List"
Name your list and mark yes or no on the questions. Click "Save" in the bottom right corner when you are done!
- Allow people to subscribe to this list from the Sign-Up module?
- Require subscribers who have signed up via the Sign-Up module to be approved?
- Allow people to subscribe to this list from the Notification Center?
- Enable App Push Notification?
Your Notify list has been created.
You will need to add subscribers before you can send a message from this Notify List
