If you have the Branded App you will need an Apple Developers account. You may need to reach out to their support team directly to resolve issues with Duns numbers, fee waiver, and more.

   Sign in to your Apple Account. (The one tied to the developer's membership) 

   Select the type of support you need. (Membership and Account will likely be the best option. 

   Select the option that best matches your needs! 

   Select your preferred Method of Contact. 

Phone call: Apple will call the number listed on your account. (Typically within 1-3 minutes)
Email: Apple responds to your questions/requests within 24 hours.
