POS ~ Users

Point of sale users are very different from website users. They will only have access to the Point of Sale. The only information they need to log in is the POS URL and their log-in Pin. 
The point of sale will be the school's domain /POS  for example gabbart.com/pos



   From the Site Administration Page click the "Online Store", Point of Sale" and then select "Users".





   After clicking users you will be on the "Manage" existing users page. You should see a list of active users with their email, pin, and admin status.


 Edit:  Click this Icon to manage the user's name, email, pin, or admin status.
 Delete: Click this icon to permanently delete a user from the system. 



  Click the "ADD USERS" tab at the top to add additional users. 






   Enter the following information and click the "Add User" button.


First Name / Last Name:  Provide the name of the person being added as a POS user. 
Email: Email address for the user being added. 
Pin Code: This is the code the user will log into the POS with. 
Admin:  Admin accounts can void POS transactions


The new user account has been created and they can now log in and make sales from the POS!
