Notify 360 - A Platform for Two-Way Communication

What kind of lists are able to receive replies?

At this time, only Notify lists can have 360 replies enabled. Dynamic lists and Combined list will not have that setting at this time. 

Create a list. 

From the Notify Advanced Dashboard, Manage Lists, then click the blue Create dropdown. 
Select “New Notify List”
Give your new list a title, then in the list settings, set the option “Allow people to Reply to this List (360)?” to Yes, and save. This is also where you can “Allow people to Sign-Up for this list” by setting the option to Yes.


Add subscribers to your list under Manage Lists with the blue people icon.

Enable or Disable 360 Replies in an Existing Notify List.

From the Advanced Dashboard select Manage Profiles, then the yellow pencil icon to edit the list settings. This will allow you to toggle the setting for 360 replies as needed.

How to access 360 Conversations:

From the website, you can access the 360 Conversations by going to Messaging, then 360 Conversations. 
 

From Campus Life, you would select Notify, then 360 Conversations
  

You will see a notification badge next to the profile name under 360 Conversation when you have a reply. 


Select a profile to view the messages sent and replies. 


Enabling User Access

Give your teachers/admin/staff users access to 360 Conversations by going to Users, then User Rights, you will see it in the Messaging section of the User Access Areas after selecting a user. Users will only be able to see replies sent to them for the lists they have access to.
