Adding a default Facebook Image and WHY

The reason you will want to set a Default Facebook preview image is that Facebook now automatically pulls the last image on whatever page you are trying to share and makes that the preview image for your social media post. The instructions for adding a preview image are listed below. 

Add a default Facebook image

1. Please log in to your Site Administration and click settings. 



2. Click Social Media Settings there you will see your options for logging into Facebook and Twitter. Below the login section you will see The Other Social Media Information area with the option to upload an image. 



3.  Click Choose File to upload a Facebook Preview Image in this section. A good option is a school logo or mascot image. 


The photo must be at least 200x200

Change your Facebook Preview Image

4. You have the abiltiy to Choose a new photo simply by clicking Delete Image on the existing photo and uploading a new image.
