In Texas, we have laws that state we cannot have two way communication outside of school between students and teachers without parents and administrators being on the electronic message.  We would like a way in E-Notes to have two way communication that will track and log the conversation.  This would enable districts to have current communication logs in case they are ever needed for legal purposes. It would also eliminate our administrators and educators from having to keep the logs in case a legal matter should arise.
